Return Eligibility
There is no return policy, but you can exchange items within 2 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Final sale items, including undergarments, swimwear, clearance, or custom items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at Info@ballrz.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will respond with return instructions and a return address.
- Send the item(s) back within 2 days of receiving the instructions.
Exchange Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND POLICY WITH BALLRZ.

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
